Site Foreman / Supervisor – Solar Module Offloading

Schedule: Approximately 10 business days / 2 weeks

Anticipated Start: First week of October

Location: Shoemakersville, PA 19555

We are seeking an experienced Site Foreman / Supervisor for a short-term solar module receiving and offloading project in Shoemakersville, PA.

The project will involve receiving and offloading approximately 14 MW of solar modules, totaling roughly 800 pallets delivered across approximately 50 trucks. The anticipated duration is 10 business days.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily module receiving and offloading activities

• Direct a small field crew consisting of forklift operators and laborers

• Coordinate the safe and efficient arrival, staging, and unloading of approximately 50 delivery trucks

• Ensure solar module pallets are handled and staged safely to prevent damage

• Conduct daily safety meetings and ensure site safety requirements are followed

• Coordinate workflow to maintain the project delivery and offloading schedule

• Communicate daily progress, delivery issues, material damage, or site concerns

• Assist with verification and organization of received materials as required

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized receiving/staging area

Qualifications

• Previous experience supervising construction, solar, warehouse, logistics, or material receiving/offloading crews

• Experience coordinating truck deliveries and material handling operations preferred

• Familiarity with solar modules or other fragile/high-value construction materials is a plus

• Strong understanding of jobsite safety and material handling procedures

• Ability to effectively direct a small field crew and coordinate multiple deliveries

• Reliable transportation to the Shoemakersville, PA area
