Electrical Superintendent – High Voltage (Kokomo, IN)
Overview:
Oversee the installation and commissioning of high-voltage systems (including substations and interconnects) on a 200 MW solar project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise HV electrical crews and ensure safe work practices
- Coordinate installation of transformers, switchgear, and interconnection equipment
- Monitor QA/QC and commissioning of HV systems
- Interface with utilities and ensure compliance with electrical standards
Requirements:
- 5+ years in high-voltage electrical construction
- Experience with utility-scale solar or substations
- Knowledge of NEC, NESC, and relevant codes
- Strong leadership and field coordination skills
