Project Manager – Commercial Construction

Location: Los Lunas, NM (On-Site)

Contract Duration: 1 Year+

Schedule: Typically 5-10s work schedule

Job Overview:

We are seeking two experienced Project Managers to support civil, structural, and architectural (CSA) scopes of work within a large-scale commercial construction project. These professionals will work under a lead project manager but will be responsible for independently managing assigned scopes, ensuring quality, schedule adherence, and cost control.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage CSA-related project scopes from planning through execution.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project progression.
• Manage cost tracking, subcontracting, submittals, RFIs, and procurement activities.
• Monitor job progress and ensure compliance with project schedules and financial guidelines.
• Review shop drawings and submittals for accuracy and adherence to project specifications.
• Anticipate and address project challenges, including cost, quality, and scheduling concerns.
• Maintain thorough project documentation and reporting.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction.
• Strong understanding of subcontractor management, budgeting, cost control, and procurement.
• Ability to handle multiple project components in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
