  • Enforce high-quality workmanship aligned with industry best practices and customer requirements.
  • Support project close-out activities, including testing results, as-built drawings, redlines, and turnover documentation.

Safety Leadership

  • Establish and maintain a strong safety culture onsite.
  • Enforce OSHA standards and company safety policies.
  • Conduct safety walks, identify hazards, and address issues proactively.

Technical Oversight

  • Oversee installation and commissioning of structured cabling and network infrastructure within data center environments.
  • Perform or supervise copper and fiber termination, testing, troubleshooting, and splicing.
  • Coordinate layout and build-out of MDF/IDF rooms, racks, pathways, and related infrastructure.
  • Ensure cabling is installed, dressed, and labeled per project and industry standards.
  • Maintain accurate field documentation, reporting, and lessons-learned records.

Stakeholder Communication

  • Communicate clearly with clients, inspectors, trade partners, and internal project leadership regarding progress, constraints, and needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to remove obstacles and maintain schedule alignment.
  • Provide technical input as needed for project planning discussions and execution reviews.
