Project Manager – Oil & Gas

Immediate Need

We’re partnering with a leading Oil & Gas company to find a skilled Project Manager for a long-term contract role based in Salt Lake City, Utah. This position is expected to last 1–2 years, with strong potential for extension. The client is looking to move quickly and hire immediately.

About the Role:

As Project Manager, you’ll oversee multiple maintenance and pipeline integrity projects—managing the full project lifecycle from planning through execution. You’ll be primarily based in the office, with occasional travel and site visits as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage several projects simultaneously across various phases
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams
• Monitor budgets, timelines, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Communicate progress and challenges with stakeholders and internal teams
• Support field activities through periodic site visits

What We’re Looking For:

• 4–6 years of project management experience, ideally in industrial or infrastructure environments
• Oil & Gas experience is a strong plus, but not required for the right candidate
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required; candidates without a degree must have significant project management experience to be considered
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
• Able to work onsite in Salt Lake City
• Availability to work 40–50 hours per week
