Certified Welding Inspector - Pipeline Project 

CWI & API 1169 required

Responsibilities: 

• Inspect welding work on pipelines to ensure compliance with codes, standards, and specifications 
• Verify welding procedures and welder qualifications 
• Conduct visual inspections and non-destructive testing of welds 
• Review and interpret welding documentation and blueprints 
• Identify and report defects or non-conformances 
• Maintain detailed inspection records and prepare reports

Requirements: 

• Valid Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) certification from AWS or equivalent 
• API 1169
• Minimum 5 years experience in pipeline welding inspection 
• Knowledge of relevant codes (e.g., API 1104, ASME B31.4/B31.8) 
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills 
• Ability to work in remote locations and harsh environments 
• Safety-oriented mindset
