Project Administrator (Construction)

Location: Remote

Duration: 2–3 Month Contract (Potential to Extend)


Overview

We are supporting a client with an immediate, short-term need for a Project Administrator to assist with document review, contract support, and project organization across active construction projects. This is a fully remote role with a quick start, focused on helping clear a backlog of project documentation.

This position is ideal for someone early in their career or with experience in project support, administration, or document control who is highly organized and comfortable working with spreadsheets.


Key Responsibilities

  • Review contracts and project documentation for accuracy and completeness
  • Extract and input financial and project-related data into Excel spreadsheets
  • Organize and maintain project files, records, and documentation
  • Support contract administration and ensure proper documentation tracking
  • Assist in clearing a backlog of project paperwork across multiple projects
  • Coordinate with internal teams to gather and verify required information
  • Maintain structured and accurate records for ongoing project use


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (Finance, Business, Construction Management, or related field)
  • 0–3 years of experience in project support, administration, document control, or similar role
  • Strong Excel skills (comfortable working within and updating spreadsheets)
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to manage a high volume of documents in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting


Additional Notes

  • Experience supporting construction or EPC projects is a plus
  • Candidates with document control or project coordination experience are highly preferred
  • This is a short-term, high-impact role with an immediate need
