Civil Superintendent – Solar Project (Kokomo, IN)

Overview:

Supervise all civil construction activities for the 200 MW solar project, including site prep, roads, drainage, and foundations for ATI tracker systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage grading, trenching, and foundation installation crews
• Ensure civil scope meets engineering design and quality standards
• Coordinate with structural and electrical teams to maintain progress
• Monitor erosion control and environmental compliance

Requirements:

• 5+ years in civil construction for utility-scale solar projects
• Experience with tracker foundation systems, preferably ATI
• Strong understanding of sitework, drainage, and geotechnical requirements
• Proven track record of leadership in field environments
