Construction Manager / Site Manager – Solar Project (Kokomo, IN)

Overview:

Lead on-site execution of a 200 MW solar project, overseeing all phases of construction and ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and budget are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day site operations and coordinate with subcontractors and vendors
• Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety standards
• Track progress and report to project leadership regularly
• Resolve field issues and support construction activities across all disciplines
• Represent the client’s interests and maintain professional relationships onsite

Requirements:

• 5+ years in utility-scale solar construction
• Strong knowledge of Sungrow inverters and ATI tracker systems preferred
• Proven experience leading large-scale energy projects
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
