General Laborer – Solar Module Offloading

Location: Shoemakersville, PA 19555

Start Date: Tentatively first week of October

Duration: Approximately 2 weeks / 10 business days

We are seeking General Laborers to support a short-term solar module receiving and offloading project in Shoemakersville, PA.

The project will involve receiving and offloading approximately 14 MW of solar modules, totaling roughly 800 pallets delivered across approximately 50 trucks.

Responsibilities

• Assist with receiving and offloading deliveries of solar modules

• Support forklift operators during truck unloading and material staging activities

• Help guide and spot equipment during material movement as directed

• Assist with organizing and staging module pallets in designated areas

• Remove packaging, debris, and other materials from receiving areas as needed

• Maintain a clean and safe work area throughout the project

• Follow instructions from the Site Foreman and comply with all project safety requirements

• Assist with general site and material handling activities as needed

Qualifications

• Previous construction, solar, warehouse, material handling, or general labor experience preferred

• Comfortable working around forklifts, trucks, and active material handling operations

• Ability to perform physical labor and work outdoors for the duration of the shift

• Ability to safely lift and move materials as required

• Strong attention to safety and ability to follow directions

• Dependable and able to report to the project for the full anticipated 10-day duration

• Reliable transportation to the Shoemakersville, PA area
