Project Manager – Data Center Construction

Reno, NV | Start: July 2025 | 5x10s Schedule | Per Diem: 7 days/week

We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team on a high-profile Data Center build in Reno, Nevada. The project kicks off in June 2025 and is scheduled to run through January 2026, with a strong likelihood of extension. Candidates with a CSA or MEP background are encouraged to apply—those with experience in both disciplines will be highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day construction activities and ensure alignment with project scope, schedule, and budget.
• Manage subcontractors and vendors across CSA and/or MEP disciplines, ensuring quality and safety standards.
• Coordinate with design teams, consultants, and internal stakeholders to resolve field issues and maintain momentum.
• Lead project planning meetings, generate progress reports, and manage RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
• Provide leadership to field teams and ensure timely delivery of construction milestones.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of construction management experience, ideally in commercial or mission-critical projects.
• Proven ability to manage MEP or CSA scopes independently; data center experience a plus.
• Strong working knowledge of construction documents, specifications, and scheduling software.
• Effective communicator with a proactive approach to problem-solving and team leadership.
