Construction Manager / Project Manager

Location: Chandler, AZ

Start Date: Late June / July 2026

Duration: 9–12 months | Strong potential to convert to full-time

Project Size: 25 MW Community Solar

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager with Project Management capabilities to support a 25 MW community solar project in the greater Chandler, AZ area. This is a long-term onsite role with a high likelihood of transitioning to a full-time position upon successful project completion.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day construction activities on a utility-scale community solar project
• Manage project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and site safety compliance
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and owner's teams to ensure project milestones are met
• Provide regular progress reporting and documentation
• Serve in both CM and PM capacities as project needs dictate
• Ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications

Requirements

• Proven experience managing solar or renewable energy construction projects
• Ability to perform in both Construction Manager and Project Manager roles
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
• Comfortable working in an onsite, field-based environment in Arizona
• Familiarity with utility-scale or community solar project workflows
