Electrical Superintendent – Medium Voltage (Kokomo, IN)
Overview:
Lead the installation of medium-voltage systems for a 200 MW solar site, including combiner boxes, inverters (Sungrow), and MV cable routing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee MV electrical crews, cable installation, and terminations
- Ensure proper installation of Sungrow inverters and related equipment
- Coordinate with other disciplines and ensure schedule alignment
- Perform quality control and testing oversight for MV systems
Requirements:
- 5+ years in medium-voltage solar or industrial projects
- Familiarity with Sungrow inverter systems preferred
- Strong understanding of electrical standards and safety protocols
- On-site leadership experience in large projects
